Pets at Hotel San Miguel are welcome for free, we only ask that you respect our small rules of coexistence.
Pets should not be left alone in the rooms, nor be in the common area during breakfast hours to guarantee the coexistence of all the people staying at the hotel. If your reservation includes breakfast, don´t worry because you can upload it to your room.

In some of our rooms yes, but not in all. To solve this we have a power strip and extension cord loan service that you can request from the Reception team.
Our rooms do not have a minibar, but there is a fridge with drinks in the common area of Reception. If you need to have any cold medicine or food, give it to the Reception team so they can store it for you. You can ask for it whenever you want.
Yes, in the common reception area there is a microwave at your disposal to heat anything you need.
If you leave the Hotel before the scheduled departure date, 50% of the amount of the remaining nights will be charged.

A girl/girl of 8 years or less can stay for €8/night sleeping in the existing beds in the reserved room. This extra includes the child´s breakfast.
Our commitment is to guarantee the rest of all the people staying at Hotel San Miguel. Rude or inappropriate behavior, music or voices at dawn, parties in the rooms or any activity that may disturb other people staying are not allowed. If this happens, the Reception team will call attention once and if this uncivil attitude is not stopped, the Hotel reserves the right to expel the person or persons causing it.
Visits from friends or relatives are allowed until 11 pm. After this time, access will not be free, the person or companion must register and pay the fee corresponding to that specific day.
No problem, we have a 24 hour reception service. Your room will be available until 08:00 the next day. If you do not arrive before this time and do not notify us, the Hotel will consider your reservation as NOT Presented, it will charge your credit card for the amount of the first night and the reservation will thus be cancelled.
Get in touch with the Hotel by phone, email or WhatsApp to make the query and we will check our registry of forgotten objects. If it is here, you must contact a courier company so that they can pick up the package that we have already packed. The Hotel is not responsible for shipping any forgotten items.

We have an area in the basement to leave bicycles. It is not a very large space, so you should check availability when making your reservation.
Yes, room cleaning is daily at 10:00 a.m. at 3:00 p.m. Sheets are changed every three days. In the case of the towels, you decide, if you want a daily change, leave them on the bathroom floor, if they are hanging on the hanger they will not be changed.
The Siesta Service consists of enjoying a room between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. It has a cost per person and is a service subject to availability. The reservation can be made by phone or at the reception desk.

We hope it doesn´t happen, but if something is not to your liking please talk to the Reception team so we can try to resolve it as soon as possible. If you want it to be on the record, request the Suggestions and Complaints Sheet, you will have a response from management. If what you want is to request the Complaint Sheet, request it from the Reception team, but remember that we can only deliver it after payment of the invoice.
There are rooms with radiators and others with underfloor heating, in both cases they have an automatic timer and are programmed by the cleaning team prior to your arrival. At the appointed time, the heating will start to work without the need to manipulate the room´s thermostat. If for any reason you have touched it, please notify the Reception team to review it.
The Hotel is obliged by Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, to keep the data of the Register of the Traveler for a period of 3 years. From this date you can request the deletion of said data by sending an email to hsmiguel@hsanmiguel.com or by written and signed communication (attaching ID in both cases) addressed to Hotel San Miguel, C/Marqués de Casa Valdés, 8 Gijón 33202 .
